Arsenal are closing in on the transfer of Gremio midfielder Bitello in the coming weeks.
The Gunners are set to sign the young talent for a discounted price of 6.8 million.
Per TuttoMercato Web, manager Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer of the 23-year-old midfielder.
While Gremio initially wanted 8.5 million, Arsenal have negotiated them down to a more reasonable price.
Bitello has been with the 42-time Brazilian league winners since 2021, playing 50 games and scoring 11 goals in that time.
He will likely play as a backup in the box to box midfielder role for Arteta in the coming season.
