Arsenal have opened talks with Manchester City for Oleks Zinchenko.
The Athletic reports City are open to selling the Ukraine international for the right price and Mikel Arteta wants to make the swoop.
Arteta worked with Zinchenko during his time as Pep Guardiola's No 2 at City.
He would be the second City player to head to the Emirates stadium this summer after Arsenal signed Gabriel Jesus earlier in the summer transfer window.
Zinchenko has been at City since 2016, when they brought him in from Russian side Ufa.
