Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Kai Havertz and are ready to meet Chelsea's asking price, it has been revealed.
Havertz could make the switch across London as early as this week.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Havertz has settled on a contract worth around 200,000-a-week.
Meanwhile, after having an opening offer turned down last week, Arsenal are ready to meet Chelsea's demands.
Sky Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg states: "He's very close to joining Arsenal now! All depends on the final offer from Arsenal.
"Havertz, keen to join Arsenal now as personal terms are almost agreed. (Mikel) Arteta loves to see him in addition to (Gabriel) Jesus.
"Bayern inquired about conditions in the last days but the negotiations with Arsenal are too advanced - Bayern informed.
"Therefore no offer/hijack from Bayern yet.
"Transfer fee package expected: at least around 80m all in."
