Arsenal are making a move for Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte.
Laporte is set to leave City this summer and was expected to return to Spain.
However, Mundo Deportivo says Laporte could yet move within the Premier League.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is keen, having worked with Laporte while assistant manager at City.
But Arsenal will face competition from Tottenham, which are also interested in the Spain international.
