ARTHALAND Corp. has broken ground on its two-tower residential development "Liv" along Katipunan Ave. in Quezon City, with the project positioned as a sustainable mixed-use address near major academic and business hubs.
“Liv is a community shaped by the same foresight families embrace when building for future generations,” Arthaland Vice Chairman and President Jaime González said.
“By uniting purposeful design, accountability, and opportunity, Liv reflects Arthaland’s enduring vision of building sustainable legacies,” he added.
Executive Vice President Oliver Chan said the project’s first tower, Liv North, was expected to generate about P9 billion in sales with total sales potential for the two-tower development reaching P14.1 billion.
“The Liv is our vision for how future communities should be built — connected, sustainable, and designed to elevate your every day,” he added.
The development will include a publicly accessible pedestrian footbridge connecting the residential podium to the university campus.
The company said the bridge would be fully funded and maintained by Arthaland to improve pedestrian safety and ease traffic flow in the area.
Liv North, the first of two planned towers, will rise 46 stories and offer 748 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts.
It will also feature amenities such as study pods, wellness areas, pools, a sky garden, and an edible “potager garden,” alongside a retail podium for daily services.
Arthaland said the project is designed with sustainability features, including energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures and low-emission materials, with the development targeting certifications under LEED, WELL, EDGE, and Berde standards.
Completion of Liv North is scheduled for the third quarter of 2031.
Arthaland’s share price was unchanged at P0.425 apiece on Tuesday.
