AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal will be in Punjab for the next couple of days. The former Delhi CM, who reached Chandigarh on Tuesday evening, will hold meetings to firm up the party’s strategy just before the crucial Assembly polls, due in a few months.

Sources in AAP said Kejriwal, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann and Punjab affairs in-charge Manish Sisodia are likely to discuss issues concerning governance, delays in timelines for rolling out government schemes and performance of various functionaries of the government.

On Tuesday, Kejriwal, Mann and former Delhi CM Atishi visited the Ambala Jail to meet AAP’s Goa leader Deepak Singla. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a case of money laundering.

During his stay in Punjab, Kejriwal, along with Mann, will be holding a roadshow in Bathinda.
