Aston Villa boss Unai Emery wants his team to chase a trophy this season.
The Midlands club will be involved in the UEFA Conference League after an outstanding end to last season.
While Villa have not won a trophy since 1996, the Spaniard hopes he can break that long drought.
He told reporters: It's my area, and in Conference League I think we have to do the same.
Try to be demanding, facing the possibility to win a trophy. And then it's the Premier League, we have to be consistent."
He added on preseason rotation of his players: We will need everybody, we will need every player, and they are going to have minutes to play."
