Aston Villa football chief Monchi says they will be building Unai Emery's squad gradually.
Monchi admits there's no plans to rush their growth plans.
He told Radio Marca: "Unai was very much responsible for my arrival at Aston Villa.
"We want to continue growing, it is one of the privileged clubs that have a Champions League, there is an idea of being in the elite of English football and we also have the hope of the Conference.
"There is a nice project without extreme urgency."
