Aston Villa coach Aaron Danks has welcomed new manager Unai Emery.
Danks will be in charge for tomorrow's trip to Newcastle while Emery waits for his work permit.
He said, “The fans should be excited about it. You just have to look at his pedigree and see what he's won to know he's a top coach.
“We're really excited to welcome him to club.
“Eddie [Howe] has done a fantastic job, we have to adapt slightly [after Brentford] because we'll be the underdogs but we're excited to take on that challenge.
“Lucas Digne has done a full week of training with the group so we'll welcome him back into the squad.
“Boubacar [Kamara] is much closer, he's not with the team yet but he's back on the grass."
