Aston Villa are moving for Barcelona attacker Ferran Torres.
Mundo Deportivo says Villa are seeking to take the former Manchester City forward on-loan next season. They would include a 25m permanent option in the arrangement.
However, Barcelona are unimpressed by the offer. They prefer to sell Torres and for a higher price.
In contrast, the attacker is reluctant to leave Barca and has made it clear he wants to stay.
But the situation could change given Barcelona's finances and Torres' situation. If the 23-year-old feels that his playing time has been reduced even more, he may think again before the market shuts.
