Besiktas have been offered Aston Villa midfielder Philippe Coutinho.
Villa have made the Brazilian available this summer after an underwhelming past 12 months.
Milliyet says agents for Villa have offered Coutinho to Besiktas for a fee of 8m.
The Villans are eager to move on Coutinho, who has a deal at Villa Park to 2026.
A move to Saudi Arabia has also been mooted for the midfielder. Coutinho isn't in the plans of Villa boss Unai Emery for the new season.
