Atalanta have reached terms with AC Milan striker Charles de Ketelaere.
The two clubs have agreed terms over a loan with the option to buy, however the deal was being held up by De Ketelaere's contract demands.
But Sky Italia says an agreement with the player has now been found.
Atalanta will take De Ketelaere on a season-long loan for 3m with the option to buy for 23m plus 4m in bonuses.
De Ketelaere joined Milan a year ago from Club Brugge.
