
Two students of Sri Aurobindo Public School, Baddi, brought laurels to the institution through their outstanding performance at the national-level Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) 2026, held at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar. Shreeja (Class X) secured first position in the north zone at the national level and was awarded a cash prize of Rs 5,000. Shashwat of Class VIII performed exceptionally well, securing third position and received a cash prize of Rs 2,000. Both students have been selected for the prestigious Srijan Internship Programme, which provides zonal winners with an opportunity to undertake internships at leading national laboratories and research institutions, including DRDO, IISER and ISRO. The students described the competition as both challenging and intellectually enriching, offering them a platform to enhance their scientific knowledge and analytical skills. School Director Colonel KJS Randhawa and Principal Anila Nair congratulated the students on their remarkable accomplishment and expressed immense pride in their success.
