Austria coach Ralf Rangnick has urged Julian Nagelsmann to think about whether he should go to Chelsea this summer.
The former Bayern Munich coach will be spoiled for choice in the summer, with top clubs such as Chelsea, Tottenham, and potentially Real Madrid looking for new managers.
However, ex-Manchester United interim boss Rangnick believes the Chelsea job is not such a simple one.
Rangick told ZDF, At the moment, no matter who comes as a coach, you can't really recommend anyone to go there.
The very first thing to do is establish some sort of strategy and reduce the squad to a reasonable size that any coach can work with."
