LAHAD DATU: People in the Segama constituency were urged to distance themselves from racial sentiment including when choosing leaders so as not to disturb the unity of the people.

Segama Community Development Leader (PPM), Mizma Appehdullah said the people need to choose leaders who are committed in serving the people.

She pointed out that if a leader is chosen based on race then the people stand to lose if he does not serve the people.
