AYALA Corp. on Wednesday increased its investment in property unit Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) via the acquisition of 10 million common shares worth P141.4 million.
The conglomerate told the stock exchange that it purchased the shares on June 24 at P14.14 apiece. Additional details were not disclosed
Shares of Ayala Corp. rose P1.60 or 0.40 percent, on Wednesday, to close at P401.60 each, while those of Ayala Land climbed P0.72, or 5.11 percent, to P14.80 apiece.
