AVIDA Land, the mid-income residential arm of Ayala Land Inc., on Tuesday announced the launch of The Heights Katipunan, a new P3.1-billion high-rise condominium development in Quezon City.
The company said that Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City, a bustling commercial and educational hub, continues to attract strong residential interest given the limited number of condominium developments launched in recent years.
Avida Land observed that several developments in the area have recorded high take-up rates or reached sold-out status, and its latest project, The Heights Katipunan, seeks to meet continued demand from both end-users and investors.
The development is a 33-storey residential tower designed for long-term residents and urban dwellers seeking efficient living spaces.
“The Heights Katipunan continues to be a strong investment location, supported by its role as an education hub and its long-term residential appeal,” said Aris Gonzales, chief operating officer of Avida Land.
“The project is designed to serve both end-users and investors—offering efficient, climate-resilient homes that align with how people live, study, and work today,” Gonzales added.
Scheduled for completion in September 2030, the development will rise on a 1,833-square-meter piece of land and will feature 758 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 21 to 68 square meters.
Amenities featured include a swimming pool, meeting room, study hall, multipurpose hall, and gym, with prices starting at P6.7 million.
Ayala Land shares declined P0.20, or 0.93 percent, to close at P21.40 each on Tuesday.
