Gerard Pique admits Barcelona players are in regular contact with former teammate Neymar.
The wantaway PSG star is desperate to return to Barca before the summer market shuts on September 2.
Asked about the situation, Pique said: "Of course we have conversations with him, but they are private.
"It's a complicated operation.
"The squad we have now is important enough to fight for all the titles. If the opportunity arises, I would be happy to have him here.
"The players can have a personal opinion but it doesn't change anything."
