Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay reveals what boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said to the players after their loss to West Ham United.

The Red Devils were humbled 2-0 away from home by the Hammers, their second successive loss at that stadium.

Solskjaer gave his players a team talk after the game, explaining their responsibilities as first team members of the historic club.

"We know we have to do more on and off the ball and if you're not doing the jobs on the pitch then you need to be told and it's as simple as that," McTominay told MUTV.

"It's up to us now and the leaders that we've got in the group to bring everybody together and keep our heads.

"It's not the time to back down and say 'It's okay.' Because it's not okay we need to do more on and off the pitch and as a group as well. The manager has reiterated that to us and it's all about standards of this football club and they weren't there today."
