A Great British Bake Off contestant shocked Paul Hollywood and Nigella Lawson by telling them she was bored during the first challenge.
The bakers were tasked with making a stout cake in the first episode of the 2026 series.
Danni, from Dorset, was baking a stout and port cake when the judges approached their station.
When asked how they were feeling about the challenge, the 25-year-old replied: “I'm actually feeling all right. They're in the oven. I'm a bit bored really, actually,” to the astonishment of Hollywood and Lawson.
“Give me a bit more to do, come on,” they joked.
