The 17 year-old, reports BILD, has Barca and Juve eager to close his signing.
Yildiz is off contract after his Bayern deal expired last week.
Now a free agent, the Turkey U17 international is in talks with Barca and Juve.
The teen was a regular with Bayern's U19 team last season.
