Barcelona are locked in talks with PSG star Lionel Messi about a return for next season.
TV3 says Messi initiated the talks at the end of last season.
Despite his upset over the way he left a year ago, Messi isn't holding a grudge and dreams of ending his playing career in the Blaugrana.
The Argentine great's contract with PSG expires at the end of the season.
For his part, Barca president Joan Laporta would welcome Messi's return - as would coach Xavi.
It's also suggested Laporta would be willing to pay Messi the wages he accepted being deferred as the club battled against their financial crisis.
