Barcelona coach Xavi says reversing his resignation decision was about belief in the "project".
Xavi will now continue in charge next season.
He said, "It has not been an easy decision to make. I believed at the time that the best thing for the club was to leave, but circumstances have changed and now I think that the best thing for Bara is to continue.
"The project is not finished, I think it could be winner although it was at the beginning. I am convinced, excited... in three months I have seen the players, the staff... I have spoken with all of them and I believe in all of them. Rectifying is wise and I have no problem. It's not a matter of ego or money.
"I have energy and desire. I see the fans happy, it is not easy. It is a cocktail of things that have made me make this decision, and above all the trust of the president and Deco. If I thought that I was not the right person, I would not have problem."
