Barcelona defender Joao Cancelo has suffered a knee injury.
The on-loan Manchester City fullback broke down during last night's win at Las Palmas.
Cancelo has suffered a ligament injury and will struggle to make next week's Super Cup semifinal against Osasuna in Saudi Arabia.
On Thursday night, coach Xavi said: "In principle it does not seem serious, it is the knee, but you have to wait for the tests."
Barca have since announced: "Joao Cancelo has a distension of the inner lateral ligament of the left knee. It is low and his evolution will mark availability."
