Barcelona midfielder Pedri admits frustration over his hamstring injury.
Pedri, who received the Bara Players' Award on Monday from the FC Barcelona Players' Association for "clean play" and good values, confirmed that he is recovering well from his injury and that he is having a "worse time" off the pitch than on it.
Pedri was injured on 16 February in the first leg of the Europa League play-off against Manchester United at Camp Nou.
The Canarian midfielder said at the event, held at the Auditori 1899, that "it was a hard blow because I was in a great moment of form, but I'm recovering and I hope to be back soon to help the team."
Of Thursday's game at Old Trafford, he said, "I'm having a tough time away from it, I prefer to be on the pitch, but I have confidence in the team, we'll do a great job and hopefully we'll bring the victory home."
