Barcelona president Joan Laporta insists young pair Gavi and Ansu Fati are required players for next season.
Fati has been linked with Wolves, while Gavi is a target for Chelsea amid doubts about his contract and registration due to Barca's financial issues.
Laporta said, "Ansu has recovered from injury and is getting more involved in the team. Yesterday he had minutes against Espanyol and last week he played almost the whole game.
"We are counting on him, he is a Bara player and we want him with us. He is a quality footballer and integrated in the team. He wants to succeed at Bara. The technical management will have to decide what happens with him. We will see how it goes."
On Gavi, Laporta was even more blunt: "I am convinced that he will continue to be a Bara player. I don't worry about that. I worry when he enters with that impetus, with that strength, in the plays. Someday... He goes with an enormous force."
