Barcelona president Joan Laporta expects Tottenham to buy Clement Lenglet.
The France defender spent last season on-loan with Spurs.
The two clubs are now negotiating a fee over a permanent return to London for Lenglet.
Laporta said: I think that with Tottenham we will reach an agreement for Lenglet. This almost never goes fast. It depends on the other party."
Lenglet made 35 appearances for Spurs last season.
