Barcelona president Joan Laporta admits they're moving for Galatasaray midfielder Arda Guler.
The teen is expected to leave Gala this summer and Laporta has confirmed they've made their move.
"Deco was in Istanbul. Now, La Liga allow us to carry out the operations that do not count for this year," Laporta told Esport3.
