Barcelona are eyeing Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos.
Santos joined Chelsea in January from Vasco da Gama, where he spent the remainder of the season on-loan.
The youngster is due to join Chelsea for preseason.
However, the Daily Mail says Barca are ready to test Chelsea's resolve with a bid for Santos.
Barca coach Xavi and sports chief Deco see Santos as a potential replacement for former captain Sergi Busquets, who has left for Inter Miami.
