Chelsea will not consider selling Andrey Santos.
The Brazilian midfielder is due to join Chelsea for preseason after signing from Vasco da Gama in January.
Barcelona are interested in the youngster and are ready to make an offer.
But the London Evening Standard says Chelsea will not consider parting with Santos.
New manager Mauricio Pochettino is also keen to take a close look at Santos in preseason.
