Baumgarder vs Nur Turhan: Start time, undercard and how to watch fight this weekend

This weekend, Alycia Baumgardner and Elif Nur Turhan will headline an all-women’s fight card in Texas, with their clash serving as one of four world-title bouts.

Baumgardner, a former undisputed super-featherweight champion, will move up to lightweight to challenge Nur Turhan for the IBF belt. But to take the gold, Baumgardner will have to do what no one has done: beat the Turkish fighter.

Yet the American challenger will fancy her chances given her own pedigree, as she bids to become a two-weight champion and set up a fight with Britain’s Caroline Dubois.

On the undercard, Australian fan favourite Skye Nicolson defends her super-bantamweight title against Miyo Yoshida, and two of the division’s other belts are up for grabs when Ramla Ali faces Mikiah Kreps. There will also be a super-flyweight title fight pitting champion Irma Garcia against Nataly Delgado.

Here’s all you need to know:

When is the fight?

Baumgardner vs Nur Turhan will take place on Sunday 8 November at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. The first fight will begin around 10.30pm GMT (2.30pm PT / 4.30pm CT / 5.30pm ET), with the main card following at 1.30am GMT on Monday (5.30pm PT / 7.30pm CT / 8.30pm ET on Sunday).

How can I watch it?

The event will air live on Sky Sports Main Event in the UK, and on ESPN in the US.
