New Bayern Munich signing Sadio Mane will wear the number 17 shirt at the German club.
Mane took stock of the available options and chose the 17 as his next shirt number.
The Senegalese winger signed for Bayern from Liverpool this summer, after six extremely successful seasons with the Anfield club.
Mane told the Bayern website:: "I picked out 17 from the free jersey numbers at FC Bayern and aim to celebrate many successes with my team and this number.
"Now I'm really looking forward to starting preparations for the season with my new teammates very soon."
