The German giants are in talks with Granada, with Zaragoza's contract carrying a 15m buyout clause.
El Chiringuito says Bayern intend to pay the clause in January before allowing Zaragoza to play out the season on-loan with Granada.
It's a deal which would suit Granada, as it will make Zaragoza the richest transfer in their history.
