Premier League clubs are circling Bayern Munich for Mathys Tel.
The teenage Frenchman only moved to Bayern last year from Rennes and has enjoyed an impressive 18 months.
However, his progress is now being blocked which has alerted the interest of English clubs, says BILD.
Arsenal and Newcastle United have been long-term suitors of Tel.
Tel has a contract with the German giant until the summer of 2027. The forward has scored six goals and three assists in 18 games this season.
