Bayern Munich have a deal in place for new coach Vincent Kompany.
The Burnley manager has agreed a three-year deal and a fee of 12m has been settled between the clubs.
Bayern Munich have all the documents ready, now the only thing missing is the Belgian coach's signature.
Burnley have accepted the offer and the green light has also arrived from Kompany's lawyers: next week a three-year agreement between the parties will be announced.
The contract will run to June 2027.
