
RANAU: Police personnel in the district who receive promotions need to be mentors to their subordinates and be more matured in carrying out essential tasks.
Ranau Police Chief, DSP Simiun Lomudin said, the promotion received by senior members was a trust that needs to be shouldered with full responsibility.
“As a senior member, I hope that you all will be mentors to subordinate members so that a high level of discipline in carrying out duties is maintained,” he said.
Simiun said this during pinning the rank of Corporal to Sergeant to 20 members of IPD Ranau, Thursday.
