Former Leeds United forward Jermaine Beckford believes Javi Gracia is leading the club in the right direction.
The Spanish coach took over from sacked American boss Jesse Marsch recently.
Gracia has managed to collect seven points from his first four games in the Premier League.
There are lots of different elements we are starting to see slowly but surely creating a team that looks like almost a finished article", Beckford told Leeds United's Official Podcast.
