BEST Express Malaysia is getting ready for a big shift in how it operates, announcing that it will expand its smart sorting chain solutions across its hub network throughout 2026 while also merging its express and cargo services under one unified BEST Express brand starting early next year.
Through doubling down on efficiency and scalability via tech upgrade and brand consolidation, the heart of the big announcement is the Dimensioning, Weighing, and Scanning (DWS) system, combining advanced automation, intelligent scanning, and data-driven sorting to improve parcel handling speed and accuracy.
The DWS system will allow the company to support both B2C and B2B customers as demand continues to rise. At the same time, bringing express and cargo services under one operational framework is expected to simplify internal processes, optimize resources, and allow the company to offer a more complete logistics solution – from small parcels all the way to bulk shipments – under a single banner.
For customers, this consolidation is meant to translate into clearer service offerings, smoother engagement, and more consistent service quality across the nationwide network, while also giving BEST Express Malaysia greater flexibility to meet different shipping needs.
The company says this is all part of its longer-term commitment to technological innovation, network expansion, and service excellence as it moves into its next phase of growth.
