F&B brands at Boutiques Singapore: The Spring Summer Edition 2026

Prepare your wallets as Boutiques Singapore is returning for its 2026 Spring Summer Edition. Happening from May 15 to 17 at the F1 Pit Building, expect a lineup of 300 local and international brands ranging from fashion to lifestyle.

While this edition of Boutiques Singapore puts the spotlight on fashion (think emerging local labels and cult-favourite regional brands), you’ll also find a curated lineup of over 60 food and beverage concepts.  Along with returning favourites, including Clumzy Plumzy, Butter Days, and Hello Arigato, anticipate newcomers like New Zealand non-alcoholic craft beer brand Tiny Beer Co, local butcher-led concept Deli by The Meatery, and Japanese snack brand Ramen Club Japan.

When you get peckish from exploring the booths, head to the refreshed Garage Bar for a meal. Enjoy chilled oysters at Slurp Your Oysters and wash them down with a drink or two from Glug Glug. For something heartier, savour Chimichanga’s tacos and Doritos-loaded nachos, or dig into a decadent burger dreamed up by Ahimsa Sanctuary.

If you’ve already bought your tickets for Boutiques Singapore: The Spring Summer Edition 2026, here are some of the best F&B concepts to look out for.

Orchid Sake Brewery

Singapore’s first sake brewery, Orchid Sake Brewery breaks the mould of sake making by tweaking traditional recipes. Its ‘New World’ sakes defy the usual Japanese expression of this rice wine. For example, the uTama Tropic Junmai Daiginjo is made from Yamada Nishiki rice and has tropical notes of mango, peach, and pineapple.
