Little Farms

Little Farms  returns with another Valentine’s Day four-course dinner menu designed for couples who appreciate good ingredients and honest cooking over grand gestures. The menu opens with a duo of oysters, showcasing two expressions of the same ingredient, before moving into a choice of starters ranging from spiced lamb skewers and garlic-and-wine diamond shell clams to a vegetarian pakora option.

Mains continue the ingredient-led approach with dishes such as Smoked Striploin with potato dauphinoise, Miso Black Cod with caramelised cauliflower, or Mushroom & Buffalo Tortelloni with truffle cream.

The evening ends on a lighter note with their classic Strawberry Shortcake. Priced at $99++ per person, the menu is available across all Little Farms locations on 14 February 2026 only, with an optional four-glass wine pairing at $40++.

Marguerite

Have a romantic Valentine’s Day meal surrounded by gorgeous flora at Marguerite. Set within Gardens by the Bay’s Flower Dome, the Michelin-starred restaurant is serving up a five-course meal (S$328++ per person) led by chef-patron Michael Wilson. Savour plates like the Western Australian Marron paired with a mushroom garam-laced Roscoff onion custard. Then, dig into the Satsuma A4 Wagyu that’s grilled until aromatic. It’s accompanied by morel mushrooms and a jus gras with rendered foie gras. The meal begins with curated snacks like the creamy and briny Sea Urchin Toast, rich Fish Liver Tart and Lobster Roulade. Then enjoy the Langoustine Linguine, elevated with earthy lemon smoked cream, and caviar. Moving on to mains, you have the Hirasama, a high-end yellowtail Kingfish that’s kissed by the grill and served with savoy cabbage, bonito beurre blanc and sakura ebi. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a luxurious six-course meal (S$178++ per person) at Fat Cow. The indulgent menu puts the spotlight on Kagoshima Akune Gold A5 Wagyu, prepared in multiple ways to highlight the prized cut’s texture, richness and balance. Bottega di Carna

Learn how to make pasta with your partner before savouring a four-course set lunch (S$128++ per person) at Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s Bottega di Carna. The experience begins with a pasta-making session where couples learn the ins and outs of making orecchiette. The pasta made during the session will be served as part of the meal, and accompanied by Italian pork ragu, spinach and Parmigiano Reggiano. For mains, pick between the Lombata Di Manzo and Salmon Alla Griglia. 54° Steakhouse

Head to 54° Steakhouse for a meal that’s been kissed but the fire. The steakhouse’s Valentine’s Menu (S$168++ per person) puts the spotlight on premium beef cuts. Anticipate plates like the Robbins Island Beef Carpaccio paired with buttery and deep sea urchin, and rich Pan-Seared Foie Gras paired with celeriac, vanilla and black truffle. You’ll want to save room for the main course, an indulgent Black Onyx Filet Mignon that’s prized for its tenderness and rich flavour. The gorgeous cut is seasoned with the house seven-spice blend before grilled over flaming ironbark. It’s finished over white binchotan until smoky and caramelised. The steak is paired with sides including creamed spinach, and mac and cheese.
