Chelsea youngster Billy Gilmour says Frank Lampard has been putting the squad through their paces this week.
The Blues are in Ireland for a preseason trip with their new manager getting involved in the sessions.
And Gilmour says Lampard has focused heavily on fitness.
"The first few days under the gaffer has been really good, hard working," Gilmour said.
"A lot of running, but obviously it's the first time away with the first team, so it has been really good and a great experience for me."
