The New York Knicks were down as much as 29 points but clawed their way back to secure a thrilling 104-103 victory in game four of the NBA Finals.
The comeback marked the biggest in NBA Finals history and gives the Knicks a 3-1 advantage headed into game five in San Antonio, Texas.
A three-point shooting masterclass gave the Spurs a 27-point lead at half-time and within reach of evening the series 2-2.
But they lost the hot hand after the break and the Knicks took advantage, closing the gap to single digits halfway through the final quarter.
New York had all the momentum and were able to secure their first lead of the game in the dying minutes.
Two converted free throws put the Spurs back on top in the final minute, but an OG Anunoby tip-in with 1.2 seconds on the clock was ultimately enough to secure a miraculous result for New York.
