Diniyar Bilyaletdinov admits he regrets his decision to leave Everton.
The former Russia international played three years at Goodison Park between 2009 and 2012.
He told Sport24: "Over the years I realised that I regretted moving from Everton.
"But I didn't regret moving to the Moscow club. I don't consider the move to Spartak a mistake in my career. Still, I received a silver medal with the red and white team.
"I don't think that if I had stayed in England, everything would have turned out much better."
