Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of award from PTT Synexis Sdn Bhd on Nov 4, 2026.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Binastra said the project would comprise a single-storey warehouse equipped with an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), a mezzanine floor and a three-storey office.

The development will also include two two-storey mechanical and electrical buildings, two guardhouses, two refuse chambers, an electrical substation, a five-storey car park and a temporary container yard depot.

The contract, awarded on a fixed-price lump-sum basis, will commence on Nov 11, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Sept 30, 2027.

Binastra said the contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for the group for the financial years ending Jan 31, 2027 and 2028.

It is also expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the same financial years.

The contract sum of RM303.8 million excludes service tax.
