PETALING JAYA: Bintai Kinden Corporation Bhd has secured a project to develop 103 acres of land in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, with an estimated gross development value of RM296.54 million.
Its wholly owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd, was awarded the tender by PLUS Malaysia Bhd to develop two parcels of land for residential and commercial projects.
The group said the land is located outside the PLUS highway right of way, according to a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Subject to regulatory approvals, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko will undertake the development and construction of the project.
Bintai said the project is expected to contribute positively to earnings from the financial year ending March 31, 2029 onwards.
