BEAUFORT: Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Ruslan Muharam launched a Hari Raya Song in the Bisaya Language during an Aidilfitri Open House organised by Sangkulayan and Ika Oni Club here, Monday.Ruslan, who is also Persatuan Bisaya Sabah (PBBS) President, said the launch of the Bisaya version of the song aims to raising the dignity of Bisaya group in terms of songs and music.

“PBBS is very supportive of this effort and will provide full cooperation to uphold the Bisaya ethnicity as many young (Bisaya) children are not proficient or have forgotten their mother tongue”, he said when officiating the event at Kg Suasa Hall.
