Fulham have been blocked from signing FC Krasnodar striker Jhon Cordoba.
The Colombia international has been a loan target for the Cottagers, with Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest also keen.
However, Championnat reports Fulham have been blocked by the Premier League from doing business with Krasnodar.
It's claimed the Premier League are refusing to permit clubs from doing transfer business with Russian teams.
Fulham had hopes of signing Cordoba on-loan with an option to buy for around 8m.
