KUALA LUMPUR - Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) will unveil the "Blue Malaysia Agenda” to chart the country’s path towards 100 years of independence should the coalition return to Putrajaya, said Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
The Umno president said the agenda went beyond a "blue wave”, reflecting aspirations to build a sovereign, united and innovative Malaysia that achieves high-income status, with prosperity shared equitably and the nation respected globally.
"Through the Blue Malaysia Agenda, we aim to generate national wealth, rebuild human capital, expand ownership, safeguard well-being, address crises, protect the people, build trust and defend national interests,” he said.

Zahid, who is also BN chairman, said this while delivering his Presidential Policy Speech at the 2026 Umno General Assembly (PAU) at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur here today.
Also present were Umno deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan; vice-presidents Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin and Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani; and secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki.
