BMW Malaysia has opened a second allocation of 50 additional units of the locally assembled BMW 218 Gran Coupé M Sport, following strong customer interest in the compact model.
The latest allocation follows the initial release and continues BMW Malaysia’s offering of the 218 Gran Coupé with a combination of M Sport styling, driver assistance technology and enhanced connectivity.
The model features the BMW Kidney Iconic Glow grille, Adaptive LED headlights, 18-inch M light-alloy wheels, High-Gloss Shadowline trim and an M Sport rear diffuser. Inside, the cabin is equipped with the BMW Curved Display, BMW Live Cockpit Professional running BMW Operating System 9, a Head-Up Display and Harman Kardon HiFi loudspeaker system.
Power comes from a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine producing 115kW (156hp) and 230Nm of torque. The 218 Gran Coupé M Sport accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 8.6 seconds, with Adaptive M Suspension designed to balance agility and ride comfort.
Driver assistance features include Driving Assistant Plus and Parking Assistant Plus, while connectivity functions include the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant with Amazon Alexa integration, BMW Digital Premium, Personal eSIM, Remote Software Upgrades and BMW Digital Key Plus.
The model is also covered by BMW Malaysia’s Service & Repair Inclusive programme, which provides a four-year unlimited-mileage warranty and four years or 80,000km of service coverage. BMW Roadside Assistance is included as part of the ownership package.
The BMW 218 Gran Coupé M Sport is priced at RM192,800 on the road, without insurance, inclusive of four-year BMW Service & Repair Inclusive.
