KUALA LUMPUR - Barisan Nasional (BN) will send a statutory declaration (SD) over the support for a formation of the new government to Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Azhar Azizan Harun at 2pm, today.
Its chairman, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he hoped that the Speaker will give an extension of time for them to present the SD based on a meeting, today.
He said this in a press conference at the Seri Pacific Hotel, here, today.
Yesterday, Istana Negara asked leaders of coalitions and political parties to inform the palace of the agreed coalition to form a government by 2pm, today.
